Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced restaurant environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; we value a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.




Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work setting.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
