Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure workplace for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities.
Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies and take appropriate action.
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to ensure the safety of premises.
Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining order among visitors and staff.
Assist in conflict management situations, de-escalating tensions when necessary.
Provide first aid and CPR when required, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on site.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
Document incidents and prepare reports as required for management review.
Requirements
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is preferred.
Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment.
Robust observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
