You will partner with the People team to design and implement wellness initiatives and address emerging needs within the medical community. Key Responsibilities:
Advocate for health and safety among medical staff
Promote existing wellness resources effectively
Collaborate with medical and operational leaders
Identify and address emerging wellness concerns
Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine, Nurse Practitioner, or Midwifery degree
Active certification in valuable standing with regulatory college
Experience in medical leadership within healthcare systems
Knowledge of occupational health and safety initiatives
