Lead the Shelter Overnight Team with Main Street Project and support community members in need. This full time position focuses on guidance and staff coordination during overnight shifts to ensure health and safety.

As the Overnight Team Lead, you will manage shelter support workers at Main Street Project’s 120-bed facility, driving team performance and providing direct supervision. Your role encompasses resolving issues, conducting staff training, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

This position plays a crucial part in both staff development and community support from 23:30 to 08:00.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate an open communication culture for the team
Oversee training and onboarding of current staff




Monitor staff performance and attendance on shift
Provide crisis intervention and enforce safety protocols
Communicate effectively with external partner agencies

Requirements:
Experience in human services or related field
Proven supervisory or team-lead experience
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and HIFIS
Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
Must pass Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks
