Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Operator to join our team and support our TurfCare Team. This is a early morning job typically running from 530am to 930am allowing you to work another job afterwards if you wanted. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a range of tools and equipment to ensure the successful execution of daily golf course grooming tasks. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a agile environment, contributing to the final presentation of our facility.

Responsibilities
Operate equipment safely and efficiently to perform tasks.
Walk mowing greens, or raking and maintain bunkers
Perform landscape maintenance duties such as trimming and edging
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects within designated timeframes.

Requirements
Prior experience not needed; training will be provided.
Knowledge of a golf club and how golf is played is a asset.
Ability to operate basic maintenance equipment safely and effectively.




Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate loads as needed.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor work, landscaping, and maintaining beautiful environments. We welcome applicants eager to learn new skills in a supportive team setting.

Manual labour is required, no heavy lifting but a lot of walking and raking type jobs

Jobs would start ASAP and run through the summer and into October. We are prioritizing people who can help until October. We are currently full of High school workers.
