Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts
Assist customers with product inquiries, upselling prospects, and merchandising displays
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including filing and stock replenishment
Manage cash register operations with precision, including balancing drawers at shift end
Support inventory management through accurate record-keeping and stock organization




Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction

Skills
Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in French or other languages are a plus
Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles preferred
Ability to operate computer systems and POS technology efficiently
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for merchandising and filing tasks
Capable of physical activity required for stocking shelves and handling merchandise
Basic math skills for cash handling, transactions, and inventory counts
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
Knowledge of hospitality or previous leadership experience is advantageous for team collaboration
