Responsibilities
Provide friendly, efficient service to customers engaging in foreign currency exchange transactions.
Accurately handle cash and foreign currency transactions, ensuring precise cash management and cashiering procedures.
Educate clients about available foreign exchange products and upsell to enhance their experience.
Verify customer identification and adhere to all security and compliance protocols during transactions.
Assist customers with inquiries related to currency rates.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the teller station and uphold customer service standards.

Requirements




Proven experience in customer service, sales, or financial services environments.
Strong cash handling skills with meticulous attention to detail in cash management and cashiering procedures.
Excellent math skills for accurate currency calculations and transaction processing.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse customers about foreign exchange options.
Prior experience in cash management or cashier roles is preferred but not required.
