The Role

You are the front line.

Your job is to knock doors, identify homeowners who may need roofing work, and book qualified appointments for our sales team to run.

You are not closing deals - you are creating them.

A strong setter is the engine of the business. Without consistent lead flow, nothing else happens.

What You Will Do
Knock doors in assigned neighbourhoods daily
Speak with homeowners and identify roofing opportunities
Spot signs of roof wear, damage, or aging
Deliver a straightforward, clear pitch to generate interest
Book inspections and consultations into the calendar




Log leads accurately and immediately
Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
Represent the brand professionally in the field

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-based role.

You are paid based on the deals you generate that move forward.

Your income is directly tied to your output. The more opportunity you create, the more you earn.

Pay: $60,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
