Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems
Prepare simple food items or assist in food preparation to ensure timely service
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments through POS systems
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food handling and serving areas
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures




Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Assist with basic kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications
Previous food service experience, including serving and cashiering roles, is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order processing
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is a plus but not required
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
