As a Technical Sales Specialist, you play a key role in the customer experience. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise to store employees and customers. Additionally, you will ensure the effective use of CMAX paint and body products and recommend best practices for preventive maintenance.

Your main responsibilities:
Provide routine and emergency technical support, color matching expertise, and product training to collision shop customers and employees.
Support business development calls, actively participate in the conversion process of new customers,



and gather market intelligence on competitive threats and trends.
Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Paint & Body preparation and detailing operations, and recommend best practices for preventive maintenance.
Build and maintain solid relationships with store team members, customers and distribution centers

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Robust knowledge of Paint & Body
Sales and business development skills with valuable budget and analytical experience
