Elevate software quality at SWTCH as a QA Automation Engineer. Drive the design and implementation of automated testing to enhance EV charging solutions across North America. In this critical role, you’ll develop our automated testing practice, focusing on end-to-end user flows.

Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate use cases into actionable test strategies. Your leadership will close gaps in our current testing coverage and ensure reliable product performance. Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute test strategies for user flows
Develop automated functional and regression test suites
Mentor engineers in writing and maintaining automated tests
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
Document defects and work with engineering on resolutions Requirements:
5+ years in Software Quality Assurance
3+ years in test automation specifically
Experience with testing web applications and APIs
Proficient in Python or TypeScript
