Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sand Mould Maker to join our production team in Mississauga. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and producing high-quality sand moulds according to production specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and build sand moulds according to engineering drawings and production requirements.
Operate and maintain mould-making equipment and hand tools.
Mix, pack, and finish sand moulds to required specifications.
Inspect moulds for quality, accuracy, and defects before production.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.
Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and production staff to meet daily production targets.
Assist with other production-related duties as required.

Qualifications:




Previous experience as a Sand Mould Maker or in a foundry/manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and work instructions.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
