Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our clinic. Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
Answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and managing the appointment calendar
Checking clients in and out, processing payments, and managing financial transactions
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area and clinic environment
Communicating effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other medical staff to ensure excellent patient care
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
A genuine love for animals and a desire to contribute to their well-being
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with animals or in a veterinary setting
Knowledge of animal handling and restraint techniques
Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures
Experience working with Avimark
