Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Bartenders to join our energetic team in a fast-paced Italian restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for Italian food knowledge, Italian wine knowledge, mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience.
Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar & restaurant area, including washing glassware and utensils.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
Stay informed about recent drink recipes, menu items, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications
Previous experience in bartending and serving or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
