Job Responsibilities
· Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, staging and shipping.
· Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery documents and product specifications.
· Ensure raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods are properly identified, labelled and stored.
· Maintain accurate inventory records and complete regular cycle counts and inventory checks.
· Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, damaged goods and expired materials.
· Coordinate material movement between the warehouse, production lines and other departments.
· Prepare shipping and receiving documents and ensure all records are complete and accurate.
· Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing and Logistics teams to support daily operations.
· Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, safe and audit ready.
· Follow all GMP, food-safety, health and safety and company procedures.
· Support the control of warehouse access, chemicals, consumables and restricted materials.
· Assist with warehouse process improvements and inventory-control projects.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
· College diploma or certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
· Minimum two years of warehouse, inventory-control or logistics experience.
· Experience in a food, beverage, manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory control and warehouse procedures.
· Experience using ERP, warehouse-management or inventory-management systems is an asset.
· Valid forklift licence and practical forklift experience are preferred.
· Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
· Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple priorities.
· Ability to lift materials and work in a rapid-paced warehouse setting.
· Willingness to work different shifts, overtime and weekends when required.
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
