In your role, you will support the Financial Controller, working on improving financial accounting and management processes.

You will partner with project managers and provide reports that improve decision-making and operational performance. Your insights will be pivotal in guiding the organization towards its financial goals. Key Responsibilities:
Improve accuracy and efficiency of financial accounting processes
Analyze project performance and support profitability
Prepare and review regulatory and compliance reports
Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting activities
Develop and enhance financial reporting dashboards Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in financial analysis or FP&A;
CPA designation preferred but not required
Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
Familiarity with ERP and project accounting tools
