You will deliver high‑quality support across email, phone, chat, SMS/WhatsApp, and in‑app channels. You’ll guide customers and installers through onboarding, resolve issues end‑to‑end, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

In this role, you will:
Support pre‑sales conversations, customer education, and discovery.
Guide customers and installers through onboarding, installation, and deployment.
Deliver multi‑channel support (email, phone, chat, SMS/WhatsApp, in‑app).
Own issues end‑to‑end and coordinate escalations.
Build SOPs, documentation, and customer‑facing content.
Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
Identify process gaps and drive improvements.




Contribute to product testing, bug reporting, and trend analysis.
Experience working with sales, operations, and marketing.
Robust French communication skills.
Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive, and resourceful.
Able to support pre‑sales, not just post‑sale support.
Tech‑savvy; familiar with tools like Dynamics 365, Jira, Salesforce, Intercom, Talkdesk, Genesys.
Organized, independent, and commercially aware.
Background in the energy sector is an asset.
