Join The Bridge Youth & Family Services as the Program Manager for Youth Recovery in Kelowna, BC. Focus on engaging youth in a bed-based treatment setting. As a vital member of The Bridge team, you will lead the Recovery & Addictions Clinical Program at the Youth Recovery House.

This role calls for a skilled manager who ensures operational excellence and implements best practices for at-risk youth. You will help shape the newly designed facility, enhancing comprehensive care and support for participants. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Youth Recovery House
Implement evidence-based treatment protocols and curriculum
Facilitate leadership development for program staff
Contribute to community outreach and agency initiatives
Assess and coach program employees for continuous improvement Requirements:
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
5+ years of supervisory experience in addictions treatment
Proven leadership in residential service contexts
Background working with youth and families
Clean, valid BC driver’s license and appropriate vehicle Lead transformative recovery efforts for youth at The Bridge in Kelowna’s scenic Okanagan region.
