Conduct field observations and ensure quality work

Coach and mentor staff, facilitating performance improvement
Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions Requirements:
Robust interpersonal and multitasking skills
Experience with industrial vacuum trucks and hydro-excavating
Valid G class Driver's License, Class AZ or DZ preferred
Familiarity with safety regulations and standards
