This temporary, full time role focuses on driving growth through market research, performance analysis, and collaboration with key departments. You’ll assess over 300 SKUs to define opportunities and optimize product offerings in alignment with market trends. Key Responsibilities:
Manage over 300 SKUs, identifying growth and discontinuations
Design long-term strategies for core product assortment
Analyze market trends and product performance
Define pricing strategies and competitive positioning
Partner with teams to set merchandise targets and inventory Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred
5+ years in retail or CPG environments
Proficient in assortment planning and analysis
Solid MS Office skills; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus
