We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician to join our growing property management team.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete assigned tasks and work orders
Drywall, Counter top installation, Flooring/Tiling
Troubleshoot plumbing problems
Accurately track materials used and hours worked
Document job progress with photos and detailed descriptions
Keep work site clean and organized at all times
Embrace health and safety environment and act in accordance with internal and external health and safety practices
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Experience in repairing and renovating residential buildings, suites or homes




Able to complete tasks in timely fashion on your own initiative
Work safely and abide by all Health & Safety Policies
Class G license with a clean driving abstract an asset

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
