Andex Kitchens & Custom Woodworking is expanding into the Grand Bend area and is looking for an experienced Freelance Territory Designer to represent our company locally.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners and builders while maintaining the flexibility of being self-employed.
Our manufacturing facility is located in Cambridge, Ontario, where every project is built to order by our experienced team. You focus on building relationships and creating exceptional designs—we'll handle the manufacturing.
What You'll Do
As the Territory Designer, you'll become the local face of Andex Kitchens by:
Meeting with homeowners, builders and contractors
Conducting site visits and taking measurements
Designing custom kitchens, bathrooms, closets, home offices and built-ins
Guiding clients through door styles, colours, materials, hardware and accessory selections
Preparing projects for production using Mozaik and SketchUp
Coordinating projects with our manufacturing team in Cambridge
Growing your territory through referrals and local networking
What We're Looking For
Experience designing kitchens and custom cabinetry
Robust communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable working independently
Experience with Mozaik and SketchUp (preferred)
Reliable transportation
Installation
Already have an installation crew? Outstanding!
If not, Andex can help coordinate professional installation through our network of experienced installers.
