We are seeking a friendly and attentive Front House Server to join our agile restaurant team. Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash, process payments, and give correct change with basic math skills
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation,



and adherence to food safety regulations
Assist in setting up tables, cleaning work areas, and maintaining a clean dining environment
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction
Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience

Requirements
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cashiering and billing purposes
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in the hospitality industry
Must be fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English

Pay: $18.25 per hour
