Consultant will work under the Director of People & Culture. The position calls for seasoned HR specialists skilled in strategic guidance, employee relations, and maximizing the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Solid communication skills and a results-oriented mindset are essential. Key Responsibilities:
Guide leadership on HR policy application
Resolve complex employee relations through analysis
Mentor managers in best HR practices
Oversee Talent Acquisition in relevant programs
Maintain accurate HRMS and documentation systems Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR management or similar
Minimum 7 years of diverse HR functions experience
CPHR designation preferred
Familiar with HR legislation and compliance
