Responsibilities
Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling to maintain a secure and organized work environment
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as directed by supervisors
Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and delivering supplies promptly
Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision while adhering to safety protocols
Follow instructions for specific tasks related to construction, landscaping, or maintenance projects
Help with setting up work zones, barricades,
and safety signage to ensure compliance with safety standards
Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to identify maintenance needs or hazards
Experience
Prior experience in general labour, construction, landscaping, or related fields is preferred but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn best practices
Valuable communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
Reliable with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
