Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients efficiently by chopping, slicing, marinating, and organizing for service
Cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and hygiene
Assist in plating dishes with attention to detail and presentation quality
Follow food handling procedures to ensure proper storage, sanitation, and safety protocols
Support the kitchen team during busy hours by managing multiple tasks with energy and precision
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health regulations and company standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued highly
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety practices
