Job Description

Restaurant Le Clan is seeking a dependable Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. You will assist with food preparation, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help the culinary team deliver exceptional meals in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.

Responsibilities
Prepare and portion fresh ingredients.
Assist with food preparation and meal assembly.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Clean and sanitize kitchen workstations.
Restock kitchen supplies and organize storage.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg).
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
