The Senior

Analyst will lead reviews with business leaders, advocate for data-driven decisions, and track operating efficiency initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Provide budget management support across business units
Lead operational expense forecasting through annual plans




Build tracking processes for efficiency ratio performance
Create KPI reports and analytical tools for insights
Support business cases and post-implementation reviews Requirements:
3+ years in Finance/Accounting experience
CPA/CMA, MBA or CFA preferred
Solid financial modeling and forecasting capabilities
Experience with financial services and regulatory reporting
