Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the loading, unloading, and setup of materials and equipment on job sites
Support solar panel and racking system installations under supervision
Maintain clean, organized job sites
Follow all safety procedures, especially while working at heights




Perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions

Job Requirements:
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
A solid work ethic and positive attitude
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Previous construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
