Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming environment for all patrons. This role offers an chance to develop hospitality skills and grow within the food service industry. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cashiering responsibilities
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout shifts




Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve any issues professionally to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
Experience in food industry roles including serving, cashiering, or guest services is advantageous
Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge can be beneficial but is not mandatory
