Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our agile food service team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and effective kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will support food preparation and service operations by ensuring dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Experience in food handling, safety standards, and basic kitchen tasks is preferred. Responsibilities
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to maintain cleanliness standards
Assist with basic meal preparation and food handling as directed by kitchen staff
Support food service operations by organizing supplies and ensuring the availability of clean items for meal service
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Help with general kitchen duties such as restocking supplies, organizing storage areas,



and assisting with meal assembly when needed
Adhere to food safety standards and proper hygiene practices at all times

Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic understanding of kitchen operations including dishwashing, meal prep, and sanitation practices
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed within restaurant hours
