Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Framer/Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in framing, carpentry, and related construction skills, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and restoration projects, utilizing a variety of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to deliver high-quality craftsmanship. The position offers opportunities for skilled growth in a dynamic construction setting.

Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing and carpentry tasks
Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, roofs, siding, and concrete forms
Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely and efficiently
Perform concrete finishing and forming tasks with precision
Assist in restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures
Handle heavy lifting and material movement to ensure project efficiency
Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and productivity




Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Experience
Proven experience in framing, carpentry, or general construction work
Skilled in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics
Familiarity with concrete forming, finishing, and restoration techniques
Experience operating heavy equipment such as lifts or excavators is a plus
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and woodworking techniques
Knowledge of siding installation and general building practices is desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or on scaffolding as needed
Prior experience in residential or commercial construction projects preferred

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
