We are western Canada’s largest Bell Dealer. We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Bell retail team in Whitehorse. If you enjoy technology, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced retail workplace, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in telecommunications sales.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll help customers find the right mobile phones, internet plans, accessories, and smart solutions while delivering an outstanding in-store experience.

What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and provide exceptional service
Promote and sell Bell mobility, internet, and accessory products
Help customers choose plans and devices that fit their needs
Process activations, upgrades, bill payments, and account changes
Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
Stay updated on the latest telecom products and promotions




Meet and exceed sales targets through customer-focused selling

What We’re Looking For
Previous retail or sales experience is an asset
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for technology and mobile devices
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Basic computer and POS system knowledge
Legally eligible to work in Canada
