Job Overview

Prepare soil, transplant seedlings and rooted cuttings, Monitor plants for healthy growth and potential weed, insect, disease, and fertilizer problems in greenhouse crops, Spray plants & trees, maintain irrigation systems to plants and fields, transplant trees, May operate tractors and other machinery and equipment to fertilize, cultivate, Sanitation, Maintain inventory and order materials as required, Clean working areas, Crop Maintenance ,Twisting plants around strings, removing suckers, guiding growing shoots, and trimming . Harvesting, Manually picking, grading, sorting vegetables to meet market standards. Picking, packing, and boxing fresh products for logistics and distribution. Cleaning and sterilizing work areas, tools, and greenhouses to prevent disease. Handling material manually, Physical demands, Indoor climates that can be humid and hot, occasionally requiring heavy rain gear for watering, Requires repetitive bending, stretching, crouching, and standing for extended shifts, Making repetitive motions, Walking and running during work load.

Duties

Greenhouse workers perform hands-on agricultural tasks, including:
Planting seeds and seedlings
Watering and fertilizing crops
Pruning and trimming plants




Harvesting vegetables and fruits
Sorting and packing produce
Monitoring plant health and removing damaged crops
Cleaning work areas and equipment

The work is repetitive but essential for food production.

Not required Previous farm or greenhouse experience. if you have then it is better
