Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Quick Lube Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire services, and other routine maintenance while ensuring a positive customer experience. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced workplace, values teamwork, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicles
Rotate tires and inspect for wear or damage
Replace air filters, cabin air filters, wiper blades, and vehicle lights
Perform battery testing and replacement
Assist with transmission and coolant fluid exchanges
Conduct basic inspections and alert team members or customers of any issues




Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Assist in promoting additional services as needed
Follow all safety and company procedures

Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude (quick lube experience an asset but not required)
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Ability to lift heavy tools and parts as needed
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Team-oriented with a desire to learn and grow
Basic computer skills
Must be self-motivated and reliable
Willingness to work weekends
Must be able to commute reliably to Rockland, ON K4K 0B2
