Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be the face of our dispensary, guiding customers through their cannabis journey, answering questions, and recommending products that best meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting cannabis products that suit their needs.
Educate customers about different cannabis strains, products, and their effects.
Maintain product knowledge on all products sold at the dispensary
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workplace.
Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations related to the sale and use of cannabis.
Handle cash and credit transactions securely and responsibly.
Assist with inventory management and loss prevention,



including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Experience and requirements
Previous experience in cannabis retail is a must.
Solid knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Minimum 19 years of age
CanSell Certificate (Mandatory)
Criminal background check
Basic math skills and experience with POS systems are a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
