We are seeking a talented and personable Beautician to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and customer service, providing clients with exceptional hair styling and grooming services. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your creativity, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to a welcoming salon environment. The Beautician will also assist with retail sales and front desk duties, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients.

Responsibilities
Perform professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling according to client preferences
Be able to perform services such as facials, eyebrow threading, waxing, mani/pedis, and hairstyles.
Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in compliance with health regulations
Upsell retail products such as hair care items and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients,



and handling payments
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills and personalized service
Keep the salon environment skilled, welcoming, and organized at all times

Requirements
Proven experience as a beautician or hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Knowledge of hair styling techniques, color application, and current beauty trends
Strong sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic workplace
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships
Effective communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required
Skilled attitude, reliability, and a passion for the beauty industry

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
