This position is key for crafting exact shop drawings to enhance various construction initiatives. Reporting to the Drafting Manager, you will leverage your extensive knowledge in welding standards and fabrication methods to support projects across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.

In this role, detail orientation and a practical mindset are vital, as you work closely with estimating and production teams to ensure drawings are aligned with deadlines and field conditions. Key Responsibilities:
Create transparent, accurate shop drawings for various steel applications
Interpret construction documents and manage conflicts




Produce material lists and maintain drawing revisions
Coordinate with project teams for successful deliveries
Attend site visits to verify conditions and update designs Requirements:
Technical diploma/degree in Drafting, Engineering, or equivalent
7–10 years experience in related drafting fields
Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Bluebeam software
Deep understanding of building codes and standards
