Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires solid communication skills, effective time management, and a passion for hospitality. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to food safety regulations
Manage cashiering duties including cash handling and basic math calculations for bills and change
Upsell menu items to increase sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards




Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently
Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure a positive experience

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for those new to the industry
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests courteously and professionally
Basic math skills for cashiering and billing purposes
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in hospitality or guest services roles is a plus
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
