Senior Millwright (433A Red Seal)

We're recruiting for a Senior Millwright for a straight AFTERNOON shift to join a leading automated manufacturing facility.

This is an excellent chance for a highly skilled trades professional with 5+ years of post-certification experience maintaining and troubleshooting complex CNC machinery, robotics, PLC-controlled systems, and automated production equipment. Beyond technical expertise, we're seeking individuals who can coach, mentor, and develop junior trades team members.

What You'll Do
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced manufacturing equipment
Support CNC machines, robotics, PLC-driven systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Perform preventative maintenance, overhauls, calibrations, and emergency repairs
Lead equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
Utilize CMMS systems to document maintenance activities
Mentor apprentices and junior technicians while promoting a solid safety culture

What We're Looking For




433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License or Interprovincial Red Seal
Minimum 5 years' post-certification experience
Strong background in automated manufacturing environments
Experience with CNC machinery, robotics, and PLC-controlled equipment
Advanced troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities

Compensation & Benefits
