We have immediate opening for a warehouse associate at our warehouse in Mississauga.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Material Handler
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Job Duties:
· Shipping – Picking and packing orders ranging from one to multiple pallets. Repacking items into appropriate shipping containers. Accurately record required information on shipping documents.
· Receiving – Inspect inbound shipments to ensure proper product quality. Verify that correct products and quantities are received and match the receiving documentation.
· Warehouse Maintenance - Perform daily and weekly maintenance tasks, including start of shift clean up, organization and equipment inspections.
· Inventory Control - Performing daily inventory counts and spot checks. Assist with annual physical inventory. Report any discrepancies to the management team.
· Performing other duties and assignments as requested.
Forklift Experience is a MUST
Health and Safety
· Comply with all internal health and safety policies as well as OH&S; Regulations.
· Follow all Health and Safety procedures and safe systems of work.
· Ensure the safe operation of all equipment, including counterbalance lift trucks, reach trucks,
order pickers and power walkies.

Experience & Education:
· Minimum of 2 years recent relevant warehouse work experience.
· Robust and explicit verbal and written communication skills in English
· Experience with material handling equipment, including counterbalance, reach truck, and order picker.
· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook)

Secondary School (preferred)
