Duties
Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children
Provide care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
Support social-emotional development through positive interactions and guidance
Collaborate with colleagues and families to support individual learning goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
Observe and document children's progress, sharing insights with parents and team members
Assist with daily routines such as meal times, naps, and transitions between activities
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities
Requirements
Prior experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
Solid communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members
Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Certification or training in early childhood education is desirable but not mandatory
Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in child development and learning
Ability to pass background checks and meet health and safety requirements
