Location: Greater Napanee, Ontario (Rural location - personal transportation required)

Wage: $17.60 per hour

Hours: 40–60 hours per week

About the Position

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Hog Farm Worker to join our team. This is a full-time position in a rural setting. No previous farming experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with the care and feeding of hogs
Assisting with farrowing, castrating, and vaccinating animals
Cleaning and pressure washing farm facilities
Assisting with breeding animals
Assisting with moving and handling animals
Following farm safety and animal welfare procedures

Qualifications
No education or previous experience required
Willingness to learn and work with livestock
Ability to perform physically demanding work in a farm setting




Reliable and dependable
Personal transportation is required, as the farm is located in a rural area

Compensation & Advantages
$17.60 per hour
40–60 hours per week
Performance-based bonus available following the successful completion of the probationary period
On-the-job training provided
