Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow proper serving procedures to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to uphold restaurant standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure productive kitchen operations during service hours




Adhere to all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced setting
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude towards colleagues and guests
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
