We're looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to help grow two exciting businesses:
Commercial Mortgage Brokerage

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys storytelling, video editing, AI tools, and social media.

Responsibilities
Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
Use AI tools to turn ideas into engaging story-style videos.
Edit videos, add captions, music, graphics, and B-roll.
Design social media posts and marketing graphics.
Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
Work with the owner to turn real client stories, financing tips, and industry insights into engaging content.
Track performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.

What We're Looking For
Experience with CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.
Strong video editing skills.




Creative thinker with a good eye for storytelling.
Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of social media trends is an asset.
Photography or videography experience is a bonus.

Hours
Part-time (10–20 hours per week) with potential to grow into a full time role.
