Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and creating a welcoming setting for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
Handle food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff
Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and service areas
Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly
Assist with food service, including delivering orders to tables when necessary
Support team members in maintaining a positive and productive work environment

Experience




Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Experience with upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance
Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods and multitask efficiently
