Responsibilities
Assess vehicle damage thoroughly and develop effective repair plans
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to remove dents, replace panels, and realign frames
Perform automotive repairs including sanding, filling, painting preparation, and refinishing
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to complete repairs within established timeframes
Follow safety protocols diligently when handling tools, chemicals, and heavy components
Document repair processes accurately for quality control and customer records
Skills
Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong mechanical aptitude
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively
Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures
Ability to interpret damage assessments and execute precise repairs
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and report progress
