Job Summary

Working as a Front Desk Agent for Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview, you are responsible for fulfilling customer service and administrative roles in the hotel. You will welcome and orient current guests and issue room keys. Additionally, you will manage and update information regarding room availability, and available amenities.

As the successful candidate your main responsibilities will be:
Processing room arrivals and departures.
Registering arriving guests and assign rooms.
Processing telephone calls and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
Providing general information about points of interest in the area.




Maintaining occupancy statistics and complete other clerical duties as assigned by management.

The qualifications for this position are as follows:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Experience using OPERA PMS preferred.
Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
Commitment to succeed in a team-orientated setting.
Ability to walk, stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
