Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metal Worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and inspecting metal components using a variety of machinery and hand tools. This role requires mechanical aptitude, precision, and the ability to interpret technical drawings to produce high-quality metal parts and assemblies. Duties Include:
Operate a brake in office and in the shop to complete building envelope jobs, such as wrapping posts, creating trims.
Help sales and operations with solutions for clients, and then design, create and install the solution.
Use hand tools such as calipers, measuring tapes, and other precision instruments for quality inspection and measurement.
Responsible for installing and maintaining high-quality metal roofs, specifically standing seam systems, for clients.
Nice to have - Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques to join metal parts securely.
Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.




Assist in assembly processes by fitting parts together according to specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and proper equipment handling procedures.

Requirements
Proven experience with brakes, and be able to create metal designs from sheet metal using basic tools.
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as calipers, measuring devices, and basic math skills for precise measurements.
Physical ability to handle heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.
