Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to students’ age and skill levels
Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and confidence
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback
Prepare instructional materials, activities, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs
Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes respect and enthusiasm for learning
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum effectiveness and share best practices
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student achievements





Skills
Experience working with children in an educational setting or tutoring environment
Strong knowledge of the English language, grammar, and literature
Proven classroom experience with effective lesson planning and classroom management skills
Excellent communication skills to engage students and communicate with parents or guardians
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
Passion for education and fostering a love of learning in students
Organizational skills for managing lesson plans, assessments, and student progress records
